Gesa Franke studied law at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen with a focus of European Private and Procedural Law. After taking her first state examination she worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Andreas Spickhoff in Göttingen and Munich. She completed her legal clerkship at the District Court of Wuppertal with stages, inter alia, with international business law firm Clifford Chance’s Healthcare, Life Sciences & Chemicals group in Düsseldorf and international business law firm Squire Patton Boggs in San Francisco, USA.
She’s obtaining her phD at the Ludwigs-Maximilians-University of Munich under supervision of Prof. Dr. Andreas Spickhoff in the field of medical malpractice law.
Gesa Franke is admitted to the bar since the beginning of 2020, when she also joined the NOVACOS team as an associate.
