Monika Roski completed her compulsory law studies at the Goethe University in Frankfurt (a.M.) and subsequently focused in health law as part of her specialization studies at the Philipps University in Marburg, where she also acquired an additional qualification in Pharmaceutical Law. Due to her professional training in the health care sector, which preceded her studies, she worked for a state health office during the studies and was involved, for example, in the implementation of legal reforms.
The stations of her legal clerkship were a renowned law firm specializing in pharmaceutical law in Frankfurt am Main, the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn and a statutory health insurance company.
After her second state examination, she worked for more than two years for a large association of medical specialists operating at the federal level, where she gained further practical experience in the field of healthcare law, particularly in the area of activity of clinics, medical care centers and medical practices.
She also completed a master’s degree in medical law (LL.M.) at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
