Dr. Julia Eickbusch studied law at the Philipps-University Marburg with a focus on medical and pharma law.<\/p>\n
After her first state exam, she completed her ph.D. on a topic related to medical device law, which was awarded the Science Prize for Medical Product Law of the University of Augsburg and the Doctoral Prize of the Faculty of Law of the Philipps-University Marburg in 2020. During her doctoral studies, she worked as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Voit in Marburg in the pharmaceutical law research unit and the international law firm Clifford Chance in the “Life Sciences & Chemicals” department in D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n
She completed her legal clerkship at the District Court of M\u00f6nchengladbach, Germany, with stages, inter alia, at the Federal Ministry of Health in Bonn and Clifford Chance.<\/p>\n
