Dr. Luis Kemter studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn.<\/p>\n
After his first state examination, he completed his doctorate on a criminal law topic under the supervision of Prof. Dr. B\u00f6se. During his doctorate, he worked as a research assistant at the international law firm Freshfields in the area of \u2018Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity\u2019. His work included compliance and the lawful use of artificial intelligence.<\/p>\n
During his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of M\u00f6nchengladbach, he worked as a research assistant in a law firm specialising in medical law. He also worked for the international law firm Clifford Chance in D\u00fcsseldorf and Madrid, where he was a member of the M&A team.<\/p>\n
Dr. Luis Kemter is the author of numerous specialist publications in the fields of criminal law and healthcare law.<\/p>\n
