Antonio Chaves studied law at the University of Greifswald.<\/p>\n
After passing his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at the chairs of Professor Dr. Heinrich Lang (Chair of Public Law, Health and Social Law) and Professor Dr. Sigrid Lorz (Chair of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Medical Law). There, he focused on, among other things, the law of statutory health insurance (SGB V).<\/p>\n
During his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, he worked as a research assistant in a law firm specializing in pharmaceutical law. His placements included positions at this law firm, where he worked in the areas of pharmaceutical law and the law of digitalization in healthcare, including digital health applications (DiGA), as well as at the Federal Ministry of Health and the global legal department of an international pharmaceutical company.<\/p>\n
Antonio Chaves regularly teaches at the University Medicine Greifswald.<\/p>\n
