Medica 2016: Sec. 299a, b German Criminal Code – Challenges for the medical device industry – 17 Nov 16

Our partner Maria Heil will give a speech regarding new challenges to the medical device industry with respect to the new Sec. 299a, b StGB during the Medica Tech Forum on Medica 2016 (exhibition hall 12, stand 12E73). The German criminal code regulations which came into force on 4 June 2016 regulate new specific anticorruption regulations vis-à-vis healthcare professionals and have caused uncertainty for the medical device and the pharmaceutical industry as well as for the healthcare professionals regarding further cooperation in future.
