27. Marburger Gespräche zum Pharmarecht (March 14 and 15, 2024, Marburg) – Sustainability in the pharmaceutical industry: design and product requirements using the example of take-back programs

Our partner Maria Heil and senior associate Dr. Julia Eickbusch will speak on the topic of “Sustainability in the pharmaceutical industry: design and product requirements using the example of take-back programs” at the 27th Marburg Talks on Pharmaceutical Law on March 15, 2024. ESG issues will play a major role for the healthcare industry in the future as part of the EU’s Green Deal. The legal requirements for this are currently being created or tightened by the European legislator. The presentation will provide an overview of the (new) requirements.
