Kathrin Leitges

Kathrin Leitges studied law at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Düsseldorf, with a focus on medical law.

After passing her first state examination, Kathrin Leitges first joined the NOVACOS team in December 2021 as a research assistant. She continued this work during the initial phase of her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf.

As part of her legal clerkship, Kathrin Leitges completed a stage at the European Commission in the Directorate General “Health and Food Safety” in the unit “Medicinal Products Policy, Authorization and Surveillance” in Brussels. During her subsequent stages, she also worked in the “Healthcare, Life Sciences & Chemicals” team of the international law firm Clifford Chance in Düsseldorf, as well as again at NOVACOS.

Since October 2024, Kathrin Leitges has been admitted to the bar as a lawyer and is once again part of the NOVACOS team.
